Thinking about uni? Free event for young carers at the University of Surrey

Thinking about university?

If you (or your young person) are considering university or college in the next few years, there’s a really helpful event coming up at the University of Surrey, held at their Space Centre.

Aimed entirely at young carers, you’ll be able to hear from current and previous students as well as staff, about life at university, including using the hidden skills carers have, help with the costs of uni and the support available.

Representatives from both the University of Surrey, and Royal Holloway, will be there, but the information will be relevant for students wherever they think they are going. Young people of any age are welcome, with their parents. ACS staff will also be there.
